Dutch Weekend

10am until 5pm, Friday 23rd September until Sunday 25th September.

As far back as the 17th Century the Dutch built their dreams on Tulips, we celebrate their culture and love of the Tulip this weekends so … grab your clogs and get down to the Tesselaar Tulip Festival this "weekend" to see it transform into a mini-Holland! Enjoy delicious Dutch foods, hear the sounds of the Dutch bands playing all weekend and watch traditional Dutch folk dancing - in clogs!

Entertainment

Dutch Treat Music Show and Silver Beat musical entertainment will be playing all day. Music includes Dutch as well as all time favourites.

Dutch Games including Zakleopen (Sack racing) and Egg 'n' Spoon racing will be ongoing throughout the weekend.

The always entertaining Tukkers Dutch Folk Dancing have two performances a day. They perform traditional Dutch folk dancing … in clogs!

See a traditional Dutch Street Organ in action. The Pipes and percussion are a sight and sound to behold. This clever contraption plays book music and is a great Dutch tradition.
