Discover delights in the TulipsMore than a million spring flowering bulbs including over half a million Tulips are on show throughout the festival. We have live entertainment on stage every day. You can enjoy the sculptures, pat the alpacas, indulge in traditional Dutch foods and other treats, find treasures in our souvenir stall, see beautiful garden displays, browse through our nursery, admire replica windmills, pick a bunch of Tulips and see traditional Dutch costumes. |

Special Events throughout the festival:
Turkish Weekend September 18-19. Turkey hosted the world’s first Tulip Festival more than 400 years ago. Today the Tesselaar Tulip Festival’s Turkish Weekend is a showcase of Turkish culture.
Dutch Weekend September 25-26. Grab your clogs and get down to the Tesselaar Tulip Festival this weekend to see it transform into a mini-Holland!
Food Wine & Blues Weekend October 2-3. A fusion of Groove, Gastronomy and Grapes in the Garden! Combining life’s finer pleasures.
Irish Weekend October 9-10. ‘There is no day so dull or dismal that it is not an occasion for rejoicing. Eat, drink, laugh and be Irish’ (Old Irish wisdom - Anon).
Dog's day out September21. Raise funds and awareness for animals in need. 25% of gate proceeds from this day will be donated to the RSPCA. Bring your dog along for fun activities, competitions and demonstrations. The pawfect day out!
Children’s Days September 22, 23, 29,30. Days filled with FUN! Treat the kids to a day of adventure amongst the brilliant colour of the tulips. The best bit? Kids are free!
Sculpture in the Tulips Everyday. Renowned sculptors from across Victoria will exhibit their works between the colourful beds of the tulips.
Senior’s Days Each Friday. Each Friday Seniors can enjoy a free cup of tea or coffee with our compliments. We have specially selected entertainment for you to enjoy amidst the wonder of the tulips.
