Travel

The best way to get to the Tesselaar Tulip Festival is to get a group of family and friends together and take a scenic drive through the Dandenong Ranges to the Tesselaar Gardens. The Tesselaar Tulip Festival is located within 60 minutes of Melbourne. We have over 1000 off street parking spaces for cars and 15 off street parking spaces for Buses.

Public Transport

Public transport is an alternative method for getting to the Tesselaar Tulip Festival for people who do not have access to a vehicle. It is important to pre-plan your public transport trip to ensure your day is hassle free. Instructions are as follows:

Saturday and Sunday

1. Board a Train from Melbourne to Lilydale Station
2. At Lilydale Station catch the Tesselaar Tulip Festival shuttle bus (which departs 5 minutes after the train arrives at the Lilydale station.
   Cost $3 for a return ticket.
   

Monday to Friday

1. Board a Train to Lilydale Station.
2. Board the Route 663 Bus from Lilydale Station to the Tesselaar Tulip Festival
